I LOVE Le Cut of Marin (cheesy as the name is!). I've been getting my naturally curly hair cut and colored by Teal S.
for four+ years now and I have never had a bad or even sub-par experience. LCOM is located just off of Novato's
high street, in an adorable Victorian-style house. The place is clean, comfortable, equipped with all the latest gossip
rags and even features a candy dish year round with favorites like Laffy Taffy! ;)
Teal is super friendly, super skilled and the best part (IMO), SUPER FAST! I'm in and out of there in an hour and 20 minutes
and that's for a highlight and cut! She deftly manages to carry on a conversation *and* color my hair which is no simple
task. heh
My color is right every single time, she trims me up in just minutes, and the bill is 1/3 of what SF stylists are charging - no joke.
I will never stop going to Teal even though I work and live in the city!!
Note: There's never any trouble parking and you can park meter-less for up to 2 hrs.

I like being a loyal patron of salons and would have happily stayed with my first Novato pick in '98 but my stylist moved
on and so did I. After a second interim choice that was very unsatisfactory, I found Le Cut of Marin. At first, I just liked
the old Victorian House and the way the decor played with that theme; I didn't even expect to find a stylist as consistently good as Karen!
I'm very happy with everything about Le Cut of Marin. I still like the decor (recently refreshed with some great Hollywood
glamor shots) and I'm appreciative of the haircut products suggested by Karen -- and this is never a hard-sell at all as it
could easily be -- and I like my opportunity to catch up on the downtown news in conversation and celebrity gossip in the generous and always current stack of magazines. And, certainly, I like the way people really admire my hair after a visit!

I have been going to see Teal at LeCut for over 10 years, and have always been happy with my hair. LeCut is in a great
ocation and is near 101. Parking is usually good. Novato is a really nice little town.

Teal has known me literally for over 20 years.. and unlike many stylist she keeps changing with the times and ensures that
not only is my style up to date, but that it suits my hair type. Her ability to do my color has gotten complements for over
a decade... Teal is always happy, engaged in her client of the moment and I travel over 70 miles, after my move, to see
her..
